    Easy and Delicious

    JUDY SORET from HAVERTOWN, PA

I made this to take to a friend's cookout and she never asks to keep any leftover desserts but she did this time. I took what was left to my cousin's and it disappeared and there was fighting (mostly kidding-but not all) over the last piece. Now my mother is making it for church functions and it's always the first empty pie plate! It is just so light and cool on a summer night! Thanks for a real treat that doesn't require slaving over a hot stove.

I make this pie in a little different way, instead of using the pie crust, I place the mixed ing. in to pretty goblets and topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped pecans and a little grated lemon rind. Excellent,

    Good pie

Susan Campbell from GRASS LAKE, MI

Lovely taste, but a little bitter for my grandkids'. Second time around, I made it with a small (6 oz.) can of lemonade concentrate, and skipped the juicing and peeling. Much faster to make (2 minutes, instead of 5) and the young ones lapped it up.
