Noodle Raisin Kugel is a delicious baked dish that can be served as a side dish or main dish and it's even sweet enough to serve for dessert. A kugel is a baked Jewish pudding or casserole similar to a pie, and egg noodles are commonly used in it.

Noodle Raisin Kugel
Thanks, I made this and it tasted good. Easy to make. Creamy texture. Yet very, very to too rich with butter, cream cheese and concentrated milk. I look forward in posting a similar recipe with much less fat and much more protein per serving.
