Very good texture. Wonderfully creamy too. I added some chopped walnuts, apples and a little brown sugar. Great recipe.

Thanks, I made this and it tasted good. Easy to make. Creamy texture. Yet very, very to too rich with butter, cream cheese and concentrated milk. I look forward in posting a similar recipe with much less fat and much more protein per serving.

I made this and found thought it was true to the measuremt, consistancy and baking time. I also added a 16 oz. can of pineapple rings and put it on top of the kugel and broiled for 2 minutes after the baking time was completed.

I had never had kugel before. I saw this recipe and decided to give it a try. Wow, very very good! Cream cheese gave a rich taste (yet not too sweet) to this dessert. I enjoyed this cold, too.
