excellent but rich

A nice change from chocolate but pretty rich. I may cut back on the amount of white chocolate chips next time. Also, I had to bake it for an extra few minutes to be sure the oat topping was cooked. Very good!

This is one of the few bars I take anywhere, I've been asked for the recipe by non-bakers because these would be worth it.
