    Refreshing

I thought this dish was fantastic. Very light and refreshing. I did not use all of the dressing, just to taste. The oranges get soggy if saved for left overs, but still yummy.

    Rave review at family dinner

    Janice from Des Moines, IA

I brought this recipe to a family get together. The other women there are fantastic cooks. This was the first dish to be emptied. A nephew arriving late, was disappointed that he missed out. He had heard about it before he got to the party. Fantastic I have made this several times since then.

    A MEAL!!

    Ellen Turney from Conway, Arkansas

I thought this recipe was excellent. I baked some garlic bread and had this salad as a meal with it. I would suggest more walnuts, and adding a cup of chopped apple for texture and cut down on the amount of salad dressing, maybe even half it. Looks great and is very tasty and filling.

I needed a pasta salad to bring to a 4th of July BBQ. Found your website and made this dish...everyone loved it.

    It was good!

I made this for a family reunion for the first time. I did cut the Honey Mustard in 1/2 due to the other comments on here. I personally didn't care much for it. I didn't like the pasta. I think it would be better with a rigitoni or a spiral noodle better. But, it seemed to go over well with others. I had numerous compliments on it. So, it must be good =) because my family is very blunt. LOL

    Adult & Kid Friendly

I made this dish for my son's birthday party for two reasons: 1) it was easy!! and 2) I thought the kids would eat it. I was right! Grapes and mandarin oranges are favorites for my kids and paired with cheese tortellini, nuts and some dijon dressing made it interesting for the grown-ups. I did make one change though -- I cut way back on the dressing.

    Too Much Sauce

    Jenny from

Although the concept and reviews were alluring, my boyfriend and I were quite disappointed by this dish. The amount of sauce (honey dijon dressing) called for in the recipe was just too much and the cheese tortellini was rather odd chilled. I would suggest using about half the sauce and changing the pasta to something less heavy.

    great change

    Jody from Cleveland, OH

This was a great change from a regular pasta salad. The walnuts made all the difference. Really wonderful mix of flavors but is best on the first day. Leftovers leave a little to be desired. Super easy to prepare.

    Yum!

I made this to take to a friend's house for a potluck dinner. That friend is a longtime chef and she thought it was fabulous. My husband, who met me there after work, thought she made it (don't know if that is a compliment to my cooking or not! I will definitely make it again.
