    Stephanie Corbitt from Hazlehurst, GA

My husband loves Raisinets and he was looking through my recipes on the internet last night and said ooohhh, Baby, can you make these, I said sure. As soon as they came out of the oven he was engourgeing them, by the time they were done there was hardly any left, but they were actually pretty good.

    Soft Chewy Cookie

    KELLY BAKER from Kendallville, IN

I made these cookies over the weekend. I used a different brand of stick butter, but the cookies still turned out pretty good. My cookies didn't flatten out as they baked, so I had to flatten them a little before I put them in the oven. My suggestion would be to add more walnuts and raisinets to make this an extra chunky cookie.

    "Ordinary?Not quite!"

Elsie Mangeri from WINDSOR LOCKS, CT

When I put in the word, "raisin", I expected to find the usual, the ordinary, "Raisin Cookie". Not so. The addition of the chocolate covered raisin really changed this "ordinary" cookie into something quite good. I enjoyed making these cookies and people who tasted them were quite surprised to taste the chocolate covered raisin.

We are expecting snow tomorrow, so I will be in the kitchen baking more of these fabulous cookies! Yummm!!!
