Ovaltine Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

1/3 cup OVALTINE Classic Malt Mix
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups lowfat milk
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
Light whipped topping (optional)

Directions

COMBINE Ovaltine, sugar, cornstarch and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Add milk; whisk until well blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking frequently. Boil for 1 minute or until thick, whisking constantly. Remove from heat; stir in morsels until smooth.

POUR pudding into medium bowl; cover surface of pudding with plastic wrap (this will prevent a skin from forming). Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with dollop of whipped topping.
