My family and I loved these ribs...the coffee gave the sauce a really good flavor. The sauce did turn out thinner than I thought it would, so I just submerged the rib sections into it...then I basted every 15 minutes. They were very tender and flavorful...HOWEVER, the next time I make these ribs, I will put LOTS more hot sauce in the sauce...they were just a little on the bland side. All in all, I would highly recommend this recipe.
