The Pacific rim wrap is a great light refreshing summer meal.

    You gotta try this!

    A-M JORDAN from CHARLESTON, SC

Quick and easy and very tasty. Even the picky ones loved it. Only changes I made were alfalfa and bean sprouts for the snap peas and I added some orange bits (no snaps in the cupboard, but we had a lot of oranges). Next time, I'll try flatbread for the wraps.

These wraps are a quick tasty lunch. Even my husband likes them. The dressing is also good on just a plain salad without the tortilla. I'll make them again for sure.

My picky husband liked these wraps! I loved them too. The dressing is great and can be used on a salad with all of the ingredients in the wrap, just leave out the tortilla. I made this for lunch for my sister, and she wanted the recipe as well!

I made this as a salad for a Pot Luck and everyone like it. It was one of the first bowls empty. I was asked by several people for the recipe and I will make this again. This was well received by all. I will use the dressing for other salads as it was wonderful.

This is so much fun to eat! All the different flavors and textures (even the peas, which I didn't think I would like) blended into a zippy taste I just loved. Bonus: There was extra dressing, and I poured it, along with some grated carrots, over a salmon filet and baked it. It was SO good! This dressing may be one of the most versatile recipes in my collection.

    Marguerite Pridgen from WASHINGTON, DC

What an exotically delicious wrap! I love the complement of vegetables, nuts, fruit and chicken. The ginger adds just enough spice to keep it from being your ordinary wrap. I would serve these wraps at a special event or for everyday dinner. They are versatile and easy to prepare. Best of all, they are fresh, nutritious and yummy.
