This Pasta With Chicken in a Roasted Pepper Cream Sauce is wonderfully delicious and quick to make. Roasting the red bell peppers concentrates and enhances their flavor and makes them the center of attention in the cream sauce! Garnish with chopped parsley and shredded cheese.


  • 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Fettuccine (9 oz.), prepared according to package directions
  • 1 jar (7.25 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 container BUITONI Refrigerated Alfredo Sauce (10 oz.)
  • 1 package (6 ounces) fully-cooked, ready-to-eat chicken breast strips
  • BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz.)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

PLACE peppers in food processor or blender; cover. Pulse until peppers are 1/8- to 1/4-inch in size.

COOK sauce, peppers and chicken in large, nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (do not boil). Add pasta; toss well.

SERVE with cheese and chopped fresh parsley.

Excellent and Easy

This is by far the easiest pasta recipe I have made. I added a few capers. Paired this with a wild green salad and garlic/cheese bread.

Very Tasty

I love cooking and always try to mixed. As I am from India we like spicey food, I added about two spoon of chopped garlic and one chopped green chilli, It came out excellent, me and my wife both loved it, its going to be on every week menu.

Very Yummy

I cooked this recipe for my boyfriend, and we both loved it! I ended up adding the entire jar of roasted red peppers, and the jar I bought was double the size of the one suggested. We loved it a bit spicier. I also used fresh chicken breasts from the grill, not prepackaged. Excellent!

I made this last week for my family and they couldn't get enough! This is a quick and easy dish that tastes unbelievable. I'm a big fan of pasta with creamy sauces, and this is one of the best recipes I've found. I used my own chicken breast, and I also added seasoned caramelized onions and Italian seasoning to the sauce...The flavors were out of this world! My husband has infomed me that it's one of the best meals I've ever made, so I'm sure I'll be cooking it again!
