This Peach Frappe recipe works great as a nutritious breakfast or a snack. Try this refreshing Carnation Breakfast Essentials frozen treat today!


  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 container (6 oz.) peach-flavored fat free yogurt
  • 1 packet Classic French Vanilla Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Complete Nutritional Drink
  • 1 fresh peach, peeled, seeded and quartered or 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Dash ground nutmeg

PLACE milk, yogurt, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink, peach, ice, honey and nutmeg in blender; cover. Blend until ice is crushed.

For a no-sugar-added version, omit honey and substitute No Sugar Added Classic French Vanilla Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS Complete Nutritional Drink and peach artificially-sweetened yogurt.

I thought this tasted wonderful! My husband thought it was a little too peachy for his taste, but I thought it was the best smoothie I've ever tasted.

Childhood Memories

Years ago my neighbor, I called him Uncle Harlen, worked at the Creamery down the street. His wife, Aunt Sara, was a first grade school teacher. Once a year Uncle Harlen would go to the first grade class to demonstrate ice cream making and would bring Creamsicles for all (Vanilla ice cream in the middle, surrounded by orange sherbet). The Creamsicle always remained my favorite. Your Orange Breeze is now my lighter version and the Peach Frappe is the thicker version. Great taste with guiltless pleasure. Peach Frappe well worth the effort for a treat or dessert.
