This recipe was rated as easy but I found it to be somewhat difficult as I could not find any peanut brittle so I had to make my own. It turned out pretty good but due to the time it took me to make it, I won't make it very often.

I couldn't find the Choc Chip filled pnut butter cookies, so I just used the Choc chip, and I used creamy pnut butter....but still was delicious. It was just the dessert we needed after the Memorial Day BBQ! Even served as the "bedtime snack" 5-Stars EASY

    "So brittle"

    Sudha Hariharan from Markham, ON

I had used a mixture of both chopped almonds and cashews instead of peanuts(since my family loves almonds and cashews) adding a pinch or two of baking soda(so that my grandma could break it easily) and it came out so well that,my grandma said, "hey, this brittle is so brittle, lovely and easy to bite, where did you learn it from?" I could no longer resist myself from telling the truth, which she truly appreciated with a nod of approval!
