PB&J Bars

These were a hit, and not hard to put together except that the batter is very, very stiff. I would have liked a little more "jelly" seemed mostly chocolate and peanut butter - but everyone loved them ! I probably would use more jelly next time.

Oh so good

My granddaughters and I made these pb&j bars. We had fun making them and tasting them after. We are going to add them to our christmas must make list (for gifts).

great recipe!my family & co workers loved them...however the next time i bake these i will use peanut butter chips to make them even more peanutty.just another note...i used the chopped canned peanuts that you can get from the ice cream topping aisle for the recipe & for the jelly i used the entire small jar of seedless strawberry jam.
