spin on peanut butter blossoms

These cookies were very good, especially if you like peanut butter blossoms. You can also use different kinds of candy to top the cookies.

Great cookie! Only problem I found was that the chocolate egg melts if you place it on top right away. I waited a couple of minutes before putting them on and put them in the refridgerator to harden the chocolate.

Peanut Butter Delights

Our family enjoyed these soft peanut butter cookies. I sub. choc. chips for the candy. Added 1/4 cup golden flax seed meal and an additional egg. These cookies are a good way to add protein & fiber to your children diet. I'll make these again and again.
