Ingredients:

2 packages (9 ounces each) STOUFFER'S Creamed Spinach, defrosted*
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/3 cup crushed herb stuffing
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 400° F.

COMBINE cream cheese and mayonnaise in large bowl; add Creamed Spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, onion and pepper. Place in 2-quart baking dish. Combine stuffing and pecans in small bowl; sprinkle over dip.

BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and lightly browned on top.

*DEFROST Creamed Spinach in microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 5 to 6 minutes.

Most popular appetizer ever! One or two changes: I eliminate the chopped onions and instead of stuffing mix, I use French's Fried Onions, chopped with toasted pecans for the topping. Makes it totally outstanding. Try it, you'll like it!

I've made this dip many time and it's always a hit with everyone wanting the recipe. I find it difficult that anyone would find it bland, but if so, I'd recommend increasing the cayenne. Great Recipe - Great Dip!!

I followed this recipe to the letter, but I found it boring and bland. I chose it based on the rave reviews, but my experience was that this was lacking in flavor. Not a recipe I'll use again.

I have made this recipe countless times and there are NEVER leftovers. Everyone loves it! If you are making for just a few people and don't need the whole thing, portions of the recipe freeze really well.

This is the most popular dips I make and people are always asking for the recipe. I've been at parties where other people brought their spinach and/or artichoke dip which they always say is the best. At the end of the party mine is long gone and theirs is still sitting there! I don't make it exactly as it is here, I always double the artichokes and pepper and when I make it for my family I don't use so many pecans. But either way you wont need or want another recipe ever again!

I've made this several times and have had many people either ask for the recipe or request that I make it at family gatherings. The crust on top is the biggest hit. The only problem I found was trying to find the frozen creamed spinach. I had to ask my local store to carry it for me.

This is the best spinach artichoke dip I've ever had. I've made it several times and everybody loves it. A friend of mines child even liked it and asked if I would give his mother the recipe so she could make it. The last time I made it I added a little more cayenne and it was really good that way too. It's a big hit at parties. I'm making it again today for a party. Remember to take some chips or crackers with you.

We LOVED this dish. I made it to go with an assortment of crackers as an appetizer while waiting for Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone enjoyed it tremendously and I am definately going to make it again. I did add a bit more cyenne pepper as well as eliminate the stuffing and add more pecans before baking. It was a tremendous success and I have been asked to make it again at Christmas.

To save time, I mixed it up the night before and popped it in the oven the next day for about 30 mins. It also reheats well in the microwave, if you need to warm it.

Super Great Recipe. Try leaving out the pecans.... Serve the dip with warm garlic bread, carrot sticks, cucumber slices, celery sticks, broccoli, & chips. It makes an entire meal!

I thought the dip was a great for parties. It was easy to make. It can be made before hand and frozen if you are in a hurry the day of a party. It is even good a little bit cold. I added a little bit for pepper than the recipe said and also added yellow and red peppers to give it more color. All in all it is a great dip !!

My teenagers devour this, even make it for their friends. Best with blue corn chips. I've given this recipe to over a dozen fans, who beg for it. It's not the usual spinach and artichoke dip. I have used non- fat and lowfat cream cheese, but my favorite is Neufchatel. also always use lowfat mayo, and fresh Mozzarella. The dip is great and I get calcium into our diet. with a fruit salad and French baguette instead of chips, This has been a light meal many times.

The first time I made this dip, I intended to have it for friends for a pre-Christmas gathering. When I took it out of the oven, my intentions were to simply taste-test it before my guests arrived. I must say that after "taste-testing" the dip, while using a bowl full of tortilla chips, I found that I had to make another dish of this dip (and put my unused portion in the fridge for me to enjoy later). This is an unusually delicious dip! I've since made it almost 5 times! It's now my "company's coming" appetizer dip!
