Great way to get a lot of treats without waiting for multiple batches of cookies to bake. I especially like this for the summer. It uses less energy, both keeping the house cooler and saving of gas or electric for the oven and the air conditioner in the summer.

    Little Cookie Bars

    Amanda Miles from FULTON, MO

I just love how easy this recipe is. I cut the bars really small so that I can make ice ream sundaes with them. I also freeze some and take them out when my husband or I jsut crave something sweet. They seem to last a lot longer this way than if you leave them all out just to nibble on.

    Make a cookie cake!

Nikki Partacz from East Aurora, NY

This refrigerated dough is quick, easy and soo delicious! I pop em in the oven and take them to a friends house, the plate is empty in minutes! For a birthday or other special occasion, if you have a circular deeper-dish pan, take the dough and lightly squish it so the dough is 1 layer smushed together, about 1/2" from the edge, put it in the oven for about 12 mins and you have a wonderful cookie cake!
