Quicker than waiting for the pizza man to deliver. Prepare this flavorful Pesto Mushroom Pizza in a jiffy by buying a pre-made pizza crust.
- 1 premade (12-inch) pizza crust
- 1/2 cup BUITONI Refrigerated All Natural Pesto with Basil
- 8 ounces white mushrooms, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
PLACE pizza crust on baking sheet; spread with pesto. Top with mushrooms and cheese.
BAKE for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

This is really worth trying! Very easy, very quick, and not a lot to clean up, I sprayed my cookie sheet with a garlic spray for the pizza crust to sit in, added onions, and 1/2 a can of crushed garlic and basil tomatoes to spead around. My picky boyfiend loved it!
