Ingredients:

1 premade (12-inch) pizza crust
1/2 cup BUITONI Refrigerated All Natural Pesto with Basil
8 ounces white mushrooms, trimmed and thinly sliced
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 350° F.

PLACE pizza crust on baking sheet; spread with pesto. Top with mushrooms and cheese.

BAKE for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

My family except my son loved the pizza. It had a different flavor than traditional pizza. We also added jalapeno's, onions and small amount of sausage. We also added Romano and Parmesan cheese along with mozerella.

Wow, this is so good! I love this because you can add anything you want and it turns out good. I added black olives, tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions. I also used the bread maker and used regular bread dough cycle. Turned out wonderful, my husband and I didnt even share with the kids!
Good, but too oily

this was good, however, I found that the pesto sauce made the pizza crust too oily and heavy. Perhaps making a fresh homemade pesto sauce would cut down on the oil content. I added tomaotes and onion for a little extra flavor. It was a good taste. I would make this again.

This pizza was great! I did, however, make my own pizza crust; it was thin and crispy. I added some Roma tomatoes for a little color, and it was great! I will make it again!

I tried this last night, based on other reviews posted. It was excellent. Only I made a couple of variations. I used a jar of garlic mushrooms, added shredded chicken, used crust, and (Parmesan, Asegio, and Romano) cheese in stead of Mozzarella.

This is a great pizza! I don't normally find a recipe that doesn't need modifying to some degree. This one doesn't. It's perfect the way it is. I'm not a big mushroom fan, but my husband is and he loved it! He also liked the fact that I didn't feel the need to change it -- it's super and is now a staple in our family's recipes!

I made this a few weeks ago for the family that I'm an au pair for. They loved it, and it was a huge hit with the five year old. I wouldn't add all the pesto b/c it seems like too much, but other than that..very easy :)

I made this pizza on Tuesday, ate more than half by the time my husband came home. I had to STOP myself so that he could try it. I added spinach and next time (which will be Saturday) I will add artichoke and onions. Easy recipe with great results!

This is absolutely wonderful. I made a mistake and only bought 1/2 the pesto the recipe required. Ended up w/about 1/4 cup on the pizza. (I made two). And I think it was the perfect amount. 1/2 cup would have been too strong. It is easy to make and again, just delicious.

This is really worth trying! Very easy, very quick, and not a lot to clean up, I sprayed my cookie sheet with a garlic spray for the pizza crust to sit in, added onions, and 1/2 a can of crushed garlic and basil tomatoes to spead around. My picky boyfiend loved it!

This pizza is fantastic! With only 4 ingredients (including the crust!), what could be simpler? My husband is a pepperoni, red sauce only pizza guy -- I didn't think he'd even try this one. His comment after eating this pizza was "this is just as good as pepperoni"! That's a major statement from him! This pizza is really worth trying -- it's so simple and fast to make. This is a fantastic recipe for a mid-week meal. My family couldn't get enough! I used a Boboli thin crust, which worked very well, and low fat cheese. Next time I will experiment with other vegetables, such as artichokes or tomatoes.

This was soooo good. If you like cheese and mushrooms, you'll love this! I did have a hard time finding a pizza crust to use... I finally found a canned Pillsbury Pizza Crust, and it worked great! Just cook for about 10 minutes, add the ingredients, and cook for 5 more minutes - delicious!!! I think next time, I might add some tomatoes to it too.
