Pickled Cabbage Relish (Curtido)

(5 stars based on 1 reviews)
This pickled cabbage relish is a traditional Central American accompaniment. It is often served with pupusas, a tasty El Salvadorian treat, and used as a tabletop condiment. The tangy flavor and crisp texture make a tasty complement for many dishes.

    Oh was this different

Talking about wonderful would not describe this recipe. I did find I had to make double the liquid to cover the cabbage, but was it good. I put this directly on the other recipe it helped it very much.
