    Didn't enjoy

    LINDA KRASKEWICZ from Ashland, OH

I made this for dessert and both my husband and I did not enjoy it, I don't know if I did something wrong or that the pecans made it gritty tasting.

I had a dinner at my house on Sunday. Of course if was a big Sunday meal. Everytime I have a big dinner everyone is so full after dinner it is hard for them to eat a traditional heavy dessert. I had the traditional desserts of cakes and pies for those who wanted them or wanted to take them home, but I also had the Pineapple Pecan cups. They were so much lighter than the other desserts. Everyone just raved over them. Some even had a couple and stated they weren't overly full. Thanks for the recipe!!!!

This is so easy to convert to a No Sugar added recipe, just substitute the preserves to sugar free. I served this in Champagne glassed to make it even more festive. This is a keeper.
