I prepared this recipe and my family enjoyed it. However, I rolled the cookies in confectioners sugar which makes them absolutely perfect!
Light and tasty- easy to make. Perfect Valentine's Day treat. I made two batches and sent them out to the college kids in the family.
One of my neighbors had a baby shower for another neighbor and all attending helped with the food. I took a plate of these; we knew it was going to be a baby girl. All the ladies wanted the recipe.

Last year I greeted the office with 2 dozen tasty Valentine cookies! I topped the cookies with vanilla icing, rainbow sprinkles and placed a hard candy heart in the center. This is a perfect treat for loved ones for the holiday of love: Valentine's Day.
