Pink Pillows are a totally fun treat to serve as a festive after school treat.
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup NESTLÉ NESQUIK Strawberry Flavor Powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs

COMBINE flour, salt and baking soda in small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, Nesquik and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Yummy Pink Pillows
This recipe was so easy and taste very good.My friend had an baby shower and I make this one yesterday for the party.They all love the way it taste I but blue icing on it,it going to be an boy.I definatey will be making this again. Thank
These were really good. My 6 year old daughter loved helping me bake these for her grandpa because she LOVES pink. They were tasty, and I think they'd also be perfect for a "it's a girl" baby shower.
These cookies are delicious! I love the light and fluffy texture. I added some white chocolate chips when I made them, which tasted really good too!

I prepared this recipe and my family enjoyed it. However, I rolled the cookies in confectioners sugar which makes them absolutely perfect!
