Potatoes Au Gratin

They were good, but a little bland. I used canned carnation milk, roasted garlic and grated white cheddar cheese.

Not any leftovers!!!!

I thought it turned out great. I didn't have the Coffeemate Creamer. So I used a can of Carnation Evaporated Milk instead. It turned out creamy as ever. I also added more cheese.

Simply Delicious!!!

I made this recipe the other night for my husband and three girls and it got rave reviews. I added a little more cheese and placed the pan on the broiling rack after about 20 minutes. For added flavor I melted butter and breadcrumbs together and placed it on top when I put the pan on the broier for a few minutes. Excellent, we'll have this on again!

Potatoes to Gulp

I didn't have any red new potatoes, but used 1 and 1/2 pounds of regular potatoes cut in quarters. I threw in some chopped green onions for extra flavor and WOW ... this was just excellent!
