Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 packet any flavor CARNATION® BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions:

PLACE milk, ice, banana, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink, peanut butter and honey in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Use lowfat or fat free milk if fewer calories and fat grams are desired, whole milk or chocolate milk if weight gain is preferred.
