    Love this cheesecake

    Shelley Green from Antigo, WI

This is the very first baked cheesecake that I ever made and it turned out just perfect. instead of using the caramel apple dip I used the caramel ice cream topping. My husband isn't a fan of baked cheese cakes but he sure loved this one.

    Best Caramel Cheesecake

    Rachelle Boespflug from PARKER, CO

This is the best caramel cheesecake I've ever made. I have made many cheesecakes before and this is by far the best tasting. I have made it twice so far and everyone raved about it. Someone described it as "decadent." It is not that hard to make and it always turns out great. The caramel apple dip makes it very sweet so there is no need for sugar. I can see why this won first place. I will definitely make this again and again.

    White Chocolate Lovers Beware!

    Katie Strader from NORWOOD, NY

This is an excellent recipe and nice change from the traditional cheesecakes. It is very rich and sweet but oh, so yummy! One recommendation... Use the Nestle White Chocolate Baking Bars instead of the morsels for an even better white chocolate taste. Substitute the same amount and simply break them apart/chop them before melting.

    Definitely Premier!

    Monica Norris from Homer, NY

This cheesecake is one of my family's favorites. The cinnamon/graham cracker crust adds wonderful flavor and the caramel topping is delicious. However, I streamlined the preparation by heating the caramel apple dip in the microwave in 15 second intervals rather than stove top. I originally had a problem with the filling cracking where the caramel and white chocolate mixtures were swirled, but solved that by placing a pan of water in the oven below the cheesecake. This cheesecake is definitely worth making!

    Excellent "Low Fat" Dessert!!!!!

    Jan Wilkins from BLYTHEVILLE, AR

I was asked to bring a "low fat" dessert to a party. I took this one! I informed them this is as "low fat" as it gets around my house! AND QUESS WHICH DESSERT WENT FIRST!!!!! They could not believe the caramel was "apple dip".

    Superb:)

JoAnn Burger from PORT CHARLOTTE, FL

Made this cake for my bosses birthday. He wanted White Chocolate anything, so I found this recipe and oh my, they all loved it. The caramel layers did fall to the bottom, but no fear it sure didn't affect the taste. I also used the caramel/white chocolate sauce on top of the cake and did not drizzle each piece. It really was pretty that way. This is a KEEPER!!!

After my family had tasted this cheesecake, my granddaughters wanted to know "when I had gone to THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY to pick it up." Now THAT should tell you how delicious we all thought it was! Making it was even more easy. The hardest part was dividing it up into equal parts so everyone would be happy. NEXT TIME, I WILL MAKE TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Excellent!!

    Amy from Pine Bluff, AR

I love cooking but had never made a cheesecake before. I made this for my husband's birthday because it's his favorite kind of cake. It was AWESOME!! I did notice that the caramel batter was a little heavier than the vanilla cheesecake batter, and it had the tendency to sink to the bottom if you weren't careful. You could either add more of the vanilla batter to the caramel to make it lighter and more cake-y, or just pour the vanilla batter in and then gently pour the caramel randomly on top and then swirl it with a knife. It comes out looking pretty. I also sprinkled tiny semi-sweet chips on top, and you could also put pecans or another nut on it as well. Will definitely make again!!!!

Nick Langevin from St. Louis, MO

Very worth the effort. Everyone had to have a piece and all needed the recipe. Don't know what I did wrong but all the caramel went to the bottom during baking and didn't swirl. Oh well, still tasted great!!!

This is absolutely bar none the best cheesecake I have ever made. It literally melts in your mouth. This is not for the diet conscious but on special occasions, what's a few calories among friends? It is a little challenging but well worth the effort. Thanks for such a winner--this is a keeper.

I made this cheesecake for my birthday. It is wonderful. I had a little trouble with the knife swirling with caramel cheesecake mixture. It made a layer on the bottom. I didn't care about that, it was still great tasting.
