    Hot or cold delicious!

This recipe is super simple! I tweaked it by adding pureed spiced(clove)pear to the egg mixture and then placing the apples across the surface.Bake as directed. It is good hot,but serve cold & it is divine!!!!

    Lesley McFadden from Lebanon, VA

My husband & I enjoyed this, but to me it tasted too "eggy". Perhaps there is a spice that could be added. Probably will make it again as my husband didn't seem to notice the "eggy" taste as I did.

    Linda from Michigan

Oh my goodness, what a nice surprise. This is absolutely delicious. It kind of has a bread pudding type texture. It is good with a little syrup or just a bit of butter. The only complaint that I had from my kids is that I needed to make more next time! ;)

This was a great recipe, my husband, who normally won't touch pancakes, raved about it, plus it was easy to put together and looked impressive. I used a glass pie plate becuase I didn't have a skillet (I greased it so nothing would stick)and it worked like a champ!
