my thoughts on the pumped up shake
This is a very simple recipe and definitely makes the shake creamier.I just used my favorite ice cream as should everyone else.Fast,easy and yummy.
Different kind of milkshake
We used different brands then what was listed but it turned out really good. Much better then I thought it would since it had pumkin in it.

I make this for my kids and they said that it was delicious and that like the tasty.I didnt tell them that it had pumkin in it they wouldnt drink it.Thank for the recipe I be makeing this more for them it so easy to make.
I made this for my husband and myself and it was different. We actually liked it we were not expecting to.
I would not exactly call this a treat. While it's packed with nutrition and fiber, it's not really what I would call a milkshake for a hot summer day.
