A combination of pumpkin, evaporated milk, cinnamon and ice cream makes up this scrumptious Pumpkin Nog drink. Great for holiday entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons rum (optional)
  • Ground nutmeg

PLACE pumpkin, evaporated milk, honey and cinnamon in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth. Add ice cream and rum. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Punpkin Nog

I got together with my mom and we had a baking day for the holidays and we tried this and it was very GOOD,we added an extra scoop of ice cream in the bottom of the cup! We did leave out the rum! It would be great as a pumpkin milk shake! Very Good!

Pumpkin Nog

We skipped the rum, added whip cream and sprinkled nutmeg on top of the whip cream. It makes a fantastic dessert with a lot of nutritional value. WE all loved it!!
