- 1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 2 to 3 tablespoons rum (optional)
- Ground nutmeg

I got together with my mom and we had a baking day for the holidays and we tried this and it was very GOOD,we added an extra scoop of ice cream in the bottom of the cup! We did leave out the rum! It would be great as a pumpkin milk shake! Very Good!
We skipped the rum, added whip cream and sprinkled nutmeg on top of the whip cream. It makes a fantastic dessert with a lot of nutritional value. WE all loved it!!

Your Pumpkin Nog is addictive. I've made three batches of it over this holiday season and can't keep enough of it on hand. One more time, for my New Year's brunch and that should be it for this season. Well . . . maybe.
Thick and creamy
I tried this without the rum, for the family. We really loved the "pie and ice cream" taste in a mug.
