This blender-made Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is tasty and easy too. May be used as a dessert or a snack. Top with whipped cream if desired to add accent and flair.


  • 1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin, chilled
  • 1 can (12 fl. oz.) * NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Fat Free Milk, chilled
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2/3 cup (6-oz. container) vanilla light and nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Light whipped cream

COMBINE pumpkin, evaporated milk, ice, yogurt, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender; cover. Blend until mixture is smooth. If a thinner smoothie is desired, add water, a little at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

TOP with whipped cream; sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice.

NOTE: For a richer and creamier version of this recipe, substitute NESTLÉ CARNATION Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk or Evaporated Milk for the Evaporated Fat Free Milk.

Close to a namebrand item

This smoothie is a much cheaper version of a namebrand restaurant's version of a pumpkin seasonal treat and just as delicious. This light version is healthier also.

Pumpkin Pie in a Cup

I had never had anything quite like this smoothie, but I'm glad I tried it. I made it for my brother, who loves pumpkin pie, and my sister, who's not so fond of it, and it went over great. We ended up eating it with spoons, so it turned out more like a custard or pudding than a drink. Lots of fun and a great way to use leftover pumpkin.

This smoothie reminded me of a pumpkin chiffon pie my mom used to make for the holidays. Love it. Sprinkle some graham cracker on top!!! I froze the extra for about 3 hrs. Great soft ice cream.

crustless pie

i love pumpkin so i had to make this recipe. i didn't have evaporated milk so i just used regular and it still turned out pretty good. i also didn't have pumpkin spice so i used cinnamon. i have celiac disease so i can't have pie, but this tastes just like a pumpkin pie!

I love pumpkin pie, so I thought this sounded yummy. It's a bit too pumpkiny and needs to be a little sweeter. Outside of that, it's really easy and very fast to make!
