Directions:

SUBSTITUTE Carnation Evaporated Milk for regular milk called for on the package of macaroni & cheese.

NOTE: For Quick & Creamy Macaroni & Cheese with less fat, use Carnation Evaporated Lowfat Milk or Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk.

Carnation Evaporated Milk is not only great in this mac and cheese but also in a variety of other recipes. I especially like it in my tuna noodle casserole. It adds a rich flavor instead of using just plain milk. (I use the Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk.)

I tried this and it makes the mac n' cheese much more creamier, I add extra grated cheese and sometimes put crumbled up bacon to add a little zest to it and sometimes I add a little garlic powder and parsley also.
