Prepare this Quick and Easy Chicken Vegetable Soup in 15 minutes for a light lunch or dinner. Garnish with finely chopped cilantro or your favorite herbs.
- 2 packets (2.11 ounces each) MAGGI Chicken Flavored Pasta Soup Mix
- 8 cups hot water
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cubed potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
ADD contents of soup packets to 8 cups hot water in large saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add chicken, potatoes and carrots. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook for 7 minutes. Add cilantro; cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
