- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 packets (2.11 ounces each) MAGGI Beef Flavored Pasta Soup Mix
- 8 cups hot water
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onion and mushrooms, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until golden and tender.
ADD contents of soup packets to hot water in large saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add prepared onion and mushrooms. Cook for 7 minutes; serve immediately.
