Treat yourself to a big mug of creamy hot chocolate with this quick-as-a-wink recipe. Perfect when the weather is not.
- 1/2 cup dry NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
- 1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
- 1 cup boiling water
- Whipped cream or miniature marshmallows (optional)
COMBINE dry milk, sugar and cocoa in mug or cup; stir in boiling water. Garnish with whipped cream or miniature marshmallows before serving.
FOR COCOA MEXICANA: Add 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon to dry ingredients. Follow directions above; stir in 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Omit whipped cream and marshmallows.

Quick Hot Cocoa
This sure beats those premixed packages of hot cocoa. I substituted 2% milk and heated the milk in the microwave. You have to be careful not to boil the milk. But the flavor is great.
