This recipe was fantastic and super easy. I made this for a Valentine's party at work an got raves. I used a brownie mix instead and added some chocolate chunks into the mix. I also decorated it with Dove's heart chocolate on top. Raspberry and chocolate are a great combo.

I made these brownies using a box mix for a 9x13 pan and doubled the raspberry jam and white chocolate amounts. I didn't taste them b/c they were for a treat on hubby's birthday (on Valentine's Day) to share w/co-workers. He is bringing home an empty pan and rave reviews. The pan looked pretty w/white chocolate drizzle, can't believe how easy this was to do! Looking forward to making a smaller pan for the two of us to enjoy at another time. Thank you for a quick, easy recipe that is also yummy!

Like some other reviewers I used a box mix, after they baked i put the jam (which I heated in the microwave for easier spreading) then put a large Hershey bar on top and let it soften then spread across the top. Wowwwww was sinful.

    Brownies with a twist

    nikki pals from PALATINE, IL

I have made these twice. First time with the raspberry jam the second time I used orange marmalade. The bitterness of the orange and the sweetness of the brownie were perfect together-oh I drizzled dark chocolate when I used the orange. Very much a 5 star ending to a dinner. The nice thing about this is you can dress them up or down- just takes a little imagination- cut your square brownies in a wedge shape and it seems you have created a whole new dessert.

    Raspberry Swirl Brownies

    Pegg Warnick from AVON, IN

I made the brownies with a box mix. After cooling, I melted the white chocolate chips and iced the brownies. Then I warmed up the raspberry jam a bit, then drizzled it in concentric circles atop the iced brownies. I then took a toothpick and dragged it through the jam and icing, making the dessert look far more difficult to make than it was. Like others have said they've done, I added some fresh raspberries on top. I've gotten lots of requests for this recipe!
