Rice with Lentils and Ham

Ingredients

3 cups water
1 MAGGI Chicken Flavor Bouillon Tablet, crushed
1 packet coriander and annatto seasoning
2 cups long-grain rice
1 cup cooked, drained lentils
1 cup chopped, smoked ham

 

Directions

COMBINE water, bouillon and coriander and annatto seasoning in large saucepan. Cook over high heat, stirring frequently, until bouillon is dissolved and water comes to a boil.

STIR in rice, lentils and ham. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cover; cook for 30 minutes or until liquid has evaporated and rice is tender. Serve immediately.
