Ingredients:

1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
3 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
2 teaspoons NESCAFÉ TASTER'S CHOICE House Blend 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
1 tablespoon hot water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipping cream

Directions:

MICROWAVE morsels and butter in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; STIR. Morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Dissolve coffee granules in hot water; stir into chocolate. Stir in vanilla extract; cool to room temperature.

WHIP cream in small mixer bowl on high speed until stiff peaks form; fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon into tall glasses; refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Garnish as desired.

I tried this recipe and found it to be very rich, which is OK, but when serving 6 people do not make as much as was recommended. I used a rasberry sauce at the bottom of the dish as well as puting just a little on top. Helped to reduce the sweetness. I would make it again but give smaller portions to my guests. Too much richness is not a nice way for company to leave.

Decadent! So easy to do! I've searched many recipe sites and all I found were "gourmet" ways of making a mousse. It tastes wonderful. It gets better after setting in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
