Salty Peanut Butter S'More

Ingredients

1 package (16.5 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Ultimates™ Peanut Butter Lovers Cookies
12 large marshmallows
6 ozs. NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bar, broken in squares
1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

 

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Cut each square of cookie dough in half (total of 24 half pieces are needed for the recipe.) Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool.

TO ASSEMBLE:
SPREAD small amount of ice cream topping on flat side of 12 cookies; place on wire rack.

PLACE remaining 12 baked cookies flat side up on cooled baking sheet. Place 1 marshmallow on top of each cookie.

BAKE for 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are soft. Immediately top each marshmallow with a square of chocolate and a reserved cookie. Gently squeeze cookies together to make a sandwich. Roll sides of sandwiches in peanuts. Cookies are best when eaten slightly warm!
