Sticky, chewy and chocolatey all in one bite, these Scotcheroos are perfect for all occasions. These no-bake bar cookies have it all and are ready in less than 30 minutes.
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 6 cups toasted rice cereal
- 1 2/3 cups (11-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
- 1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

COMBINE peanut butter, sugar and corn syrup in large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until melted. Remove from heat. Add cereal; stir until thoroughly coated. Press onto bottom of prepared baking pan.
MICROWAVE butterscotch morsels and semi-sweet chocolate morsels in large, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; STIR. Morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until smooth. Spread over cereal mixture.
REFRIGERATE for 15 to 20 minutes or until topping is firm. Cut into bars.

Quick & easy
I needed to use up some butterscotch chips and I'm glad I found this recipe. It was quick and easy to make and my kids loved it. Even my husband thought these were great & he hates peanut butter!

This is an excellent treat, and very easy to make and eat. They are rich and satisfying, as they are sweet and chewy.
In this recipe. What I like is peantbutter mix with chololate morsels . and a BIG glass of cold milk .
these are great!! set them out with coffee at garage sale, set up donation jar/per bar, the money go to the same charity as our usable items after the sale. We pick a different chaity every year
