This Sensational Beef Pie homestyle recipe is quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for a relaxing weeknight meal.


  • 1 package Homestyle Beef
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

PREHEAT oven to 425°F.

PLACE Homestyle Beef and water in 9-inch microwave-safe pie plate; cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes; stir, re-cover, and continue cooking on high for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.

TOP with pie crust; fold edges under and crimp. Cut four slits towards center of crust.

BAKE for 18-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

SEASON with ground black pepper

NOTE: STOUFFER’S frozen Skillet Sensations Homestyle Chicken or STOUFFER’S frozen Skillet Sensations Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey may be substituted

Fast, nutritional, easy and great tasting. I'm a good cook, but I know anybody that is hungry no matter what age if you trust them with an oven they can make this. This is a great tasting recipe.

My family loved it

This is such a great, quick and easy meal. I made a change in that I used 2 pie crusts because we like a thick crust. My husband loved it which I loved because it's so easy that he can make it for us!

Made Some Changes

I thought this was very good, but instead of the filling they suggest I put in ground beef a beef gravy and mixed veggies from the freezer. The family loved it and it was quick and easy to make.
