This Single Serving Microwave Hot Cocoa is perfect for a cold winter night. Ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

STIR together sugar and cocoa in large, microwave-safe mug. Stir in a few tablespoons milk to make a smooth paste; stir in remaining milk.

MICROWAVE on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave for a few seconds longer or until hot. Stir in vanilla extract.

Delicious!

Despite all the five star ratings, I was nervous about this recipe. It is wonderful, however and actually better than store bought. Just wish I had some marshmallows now...
