Best Cookies EVER!
I love these and so did everyone who tasted them when I made them. I think they actually taste better the 2nd day. When they first come out of the oven (after cooling a bit) they're good but the next day they were great! I like to warm them up for 6-7 seconds in the microwave - YUMMY! I agree that it could use more caramel but it isn't necessary!
Not only are these easy to make, but they are so good. Every time I take them to a potluck or family gathering there are none left. Great if you love chocolate and caramel. Sometimes messy to eat but still worth it.
These are so easy to make and I get rave reviews every time. Instead of taking the time to melt the caramels and the cream, I substitute caramel ice cream topping. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
This is a super recipe. Not only are these delicous but they are easy to make. Next time I make these I might add some chopped pecans.
