Husband loved it!

It was very good and fairly simple. Used beef broth, not coffee. Added cumin spice as well and also added a can of drained corn.

Great dish!!

The whole family enjoyed this meat dish. I used the beef broth instead of the coffee and omitted the tomatoes in the end. I added cumin to give it a Mexican flare!! I served it with pinto beans and rice and peaches. We will make this again!!!

this is so good

I love this recipe, I will totally make it again!, I used beef broth instead of the coffee, and add more chile powder, it's delicious.

I made this recipe a couple nights ago for my boyfriend & others. They all loved it. I would make this recipe again.

It's a hit!

This dish is simple to make, and is delicious! I did substitute 2 cups of beef broth for the coffee and put the chile peppers and tomatoes in the same time as everything else, so they would be 'unidentifiable' by the children. My husband really liked it, and 4 of the 5 children liked it as well. That's pretty good odds!
