This Sparkling Peach-Raspberry Melba beverage gets its inspiration from the classic dessert sauce. For a special treat, serve this sparkling treat in champagne or wine goblets. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
- 1 can (11.5-oz.) peach nectar, chilled
- 1 sparkling water, chilled
- 1 cup frozen raspberries, puréed and strained
COMBINE nectar and raspberry puree; divide between glasses. Fill each glass with ice; top with Perrier.
