This Sparkling Peach-Raspberry Melba beverage gets its inspiration from the classic dessert sauce. For a special treat, serve this sparkling treat in champagne or wine goblets. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.


  • 1 can (11.5-oz.) peach nectar, chilled
  • 1 sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, puréed and strained
