  • 1 package BUITONI Riserva Refrigerated Spicy Beef & Sausage Ravioli (9 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz.)

PREPARE pasta according to package directions, cooking corn with pasta during entire cook time. Drain; place in large serving bowl. Add oil; toss gently to coat. Add basil and cheese; toss gently.

light and fresh tasting

it's easy and quick to make. The dish tastes light yet filling and the corn adds texture as well was a tad of sweetness to dish. One of my favorite recipe finds for a quick dinner.
