- 1 package (10-oz.) STOUFFER'S Welsh Rarebit, prepared according to package directions
- 1 package (9-oz.) STOUFFER'S Creamed Spinach, prepared according to package directions
- 1 cup mild salsa, any variety
COMBINE Welsh rarebit, creamed spinach and salsa in medium bowl; serve hot.

Spinach Con Queso
Not only doesn't this dish look good after all the ingredients are mixed together, it sure doesn't make my tastebuds happy.
I love Stouffer's products...each of the recipe's ingredients is wonderful by itself; put 'em together...well, let's just say it leaves a LOT to be desired. After making the fabulous spinach stuffed mushrooms using the Stouffer's Spinach souffle...this dish was disappointing and it didn't even have a pleasant texture on my tongue.
