    New Family Favorite!!

    Regina from AZ

I made this for the first time at Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. Now I make it about every 2 weeks. Great textures and wonderful flavors. I used boxed linguine instead of the refrigerated and it was just as good.

    A different kind of side

    Denise from Valparaiso

My husband asked that I find a cold pasta salad instead of the average potato side and I came upon this recipe. I had a large gathering and everyone loved it! I was asked for the recipe by almost everyone and I make it regularly now.

    Yummmmmy!!!

    Terri from West Chester, Ohio

This recipe was absolutely awesome. I made it for Father's Day and it was most definitly a hit. I added more lemon, a bit more salt and pepper and just had to have my garlic, 2 cloves, crushed with the salt, added to the pesto and lemon before tossing all together. Some feta cheese would be a nice add-in. Maybe even some hot pepper flakes:)

    Beautiful presentation

    Jeanne Feist from Baltimore, Maryland

This salad makes a beautiful presentation! The combination of flavors and colors blend perfectly. I doubled the recipe and had difficulty mixing it because of the length of the linguine. Next time I will probably cut the linguine in half to keep it from tangling. My sister loved it for her bridal shower and asked me to make it for the wedding!

    EXCELLENT!

This was delicious! I made it with angel hair pasta instead of linguine, and it turned out great. I served it at a dinner party and everyone asked for seconds!

Wonderful! I used spinach linguine with this for the pasta. The color and flavor both were a big hit with all. Definitely going in my collection.
