    Not so good meatloaf

    Nancy Andre from Wilmington,N.C.

I love meatloaf and really looked forward to making your spinach souffle meatloaf. I followed the recipe step by step. The meatloaf fell apart, looked like a bowl of dog food and had no seasoned taste. I threw the rest away since my husband said he did not want any seconds on this one. I was disappointed because it was not inexpensive to make and I would have been horrified if I had served it to guests. I now know why there were no reviews on this recipe.
