- 2 packages (12-oz.) STOUFFER'S Spinach Souffle, prepared according to pkg. directions
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 packages (3-oz.) cream cheese
- 1 package (16-oz.) egg noodles, cooked, drained and kept warm
COOK beef and onion in large skillet until beef is no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
ADD spinach soufflé, noodles, soup, sour cream, and cream cheese. Heat until hot and bubbly.

This dish was delicious! After combining the ingredients in a large casserole dish, I sprinkled buttered crackers over the top and baked in the oven just until the crackers had browned a bit (not too long or the dish will become dry!). We love this and will definitely be sharing it!
