    Yumm-O

This is sooooo delicious. The only thing I might do differently is reduce the amount of noodles or serve it over rice instead. Other than that YUMM-O

    My kind of recipe!!

Kathleen Basford from Huntington Beach, CA

My family loved this recipe. My son is 10 and can be quite picky but loved this. My husband went back for seconds (which isn't all that unusual) but said he loved it (big helpings). I loved it because not only did it taste great, but I don't get home until 6:00 pm and this recipe is so quick and easy. I used all fat free ingredients and extra lean ground turkey and it was still fantastic.

    Great Recipe!!

    Taia from Denver, CO

This dish was delicious! After combining the ingredients in a large casserole dish, I sprinkled buttered crackers over the top and baked in the oven just until the crackers had browned a bit (not too long or the dish will become dry!). We love this and will definitely be sharing it!

    Awesome!

    Debbie from Denton,Texas

This recipe is wonderful! Its easy to make and tastes outstanding! The subtle hints of spinach and onion make it very flavorful. And its just so creamy and delicious. I don't have kids yet but I imagine they would love it-- it looks just like hamburger helper but tastes a million times better! Since its not exactly a healthy meal to begin with, I went ahead and added a splash of cream at the end of cooking, just to make it even creamier. Added bonus: It rewarms PERFECTLY in the microwave for lunch at work the next day! My husband and I both have a new favorite!
