This was a quick delicious treat!
I have been making this, and variations of this for awhile now..try some other stuff in it too. In your freezer dept you can get packages of frozen berries of all kinds and mix it up a little each day : I use plain yogurt for less calories/fat.
Very good! I added some ice to the blender and a little sprinkle of cinnamon, and blended until smooth. If you like cinnamon, I definitely recommend adding it!
So easy, excellent all the kids (and adults!) love it and it really keeps everyone from getting hungry
