Strawberry-Banana Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

1 small ripe banana
1 cup Berry Flavor NESTLÉ® JUICY JUICE® All Natural 100% Juice, chilled
1/2 cup vanilla or berry-flavored lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

 

Directions

PLACE banana, Juicy Juice, yogurt and strawberries in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Divide shake between 2 chilled glasses and serve immediately.

    I have been making this, and variations of this for awhile now..try some other stuff in it too. In your freezer dept you can get packages of frozen berries of all kinds and mix it up a little each day : I use plain yogurt for less calories/fat.

    Very good! I added some ice to the blender and a little sprinkle of cinnamon, and blended until smooth. If you like cinnamon, I definitely recommend adding it!
