Strawberry Blues Tofu Smoothie is a refreshing drink that takes just minutes to prepare.
- 1 can (11.5 oz.) strawberry nectar, chilled
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 container (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) silken tofu
- 2 whole strawberries (optional)
PLACE nectar, blueberries, yogurt and tofu in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish with strawberries.
