Strawberry Blues Tofu Smoothie is a refreshing drink that takes just minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (11.5 oz.) strawberry nectar, chilled
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 container (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) silken tofu
  • 2 whole strawberries (optional)

PLACE nectar, blueberries, yogurt and tofu in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish with strawberries.
