Ingredients:
1 can (11.5 oz.) strawberry nectar, chilled
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 container (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup (4 oz.) silken tofu
2 whole strawberries (optional)
Directions:
PLACE nectar, blueberries, yogurt and tofu in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish with strawberries.
