- 1 1/2 cups (to 2 cups) whole strawberries, frozen or fresh
- 1 container (6 oz.) light strawberry yogurt

Quick and tasty protein
This shake is a great way to enjoy a meal on the go - high protein and super yummy. This is faster and more nutritious than going to the drive-thru. You can add 2 TBS of peanut butter for a PB & J taste or a frozen banana for a frosty treat. Oh, and I used regular yogurt because I do not eat anything made with sugar-free sweeteners. Try this recipe; you will love it.

this recipe was ok i like adding frozen yogurt instead of regular plus i added just a little orange juice it turned out really good.
