    Everybody's favorite

    Kelly Walsh from Milford, CT

I make this recipe every year for Christmas. It is "super easy" and it is the most requested of the different fudge recipes I make. This year my microwave was on the fritz and I thought I wouldn't be able to make it, but I melted the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk in the top of a double boiler and it came out just as well.

    Courtney from Pennington Gap, VA

I had never made any kind of fudge before this, and it was SO EASY! It was cheap to make, easy to make, and taste great. I used almonds because my husband doesn't like walnuts, but it turned out great...& the kids are crazy about it too!

    Super easy and well received

Julie Willett from LONG BEACH, CA

I made this as part of a fudge sampler package and gave it as gifts. The rocky road fudge was the best received. I make fudge in paper-lined mini muffin tins. The bite size pieces are not only easier to serve, but they keep fresher longer.

    The Bomb!!

    Barbara Edmondson from CHESAPEAKE, VA

I make this recipe all the time and use different extracts and nuts to enhance the flavor during certain holidays. My favorite is to use peppermint extract instead of vanilla and add crushed mints on top before I refrigerate it. I also only use 1 1/2 c marshmallows and I put it into a 8x8 pan or loaf pan for thicker pieces.
