    Adaptable to Special Diets

    MARY CHILDERS from IDABEL, OK

As a heart patient, I removed alot of calories and cholesterol by substituting (Jimmy Dean Brand) precooked crumbled turkey sausage for the pork sausage, and used 2% milk cheddar cheese instead of regular. The dish was very good as I made it, but next time I'll try an egg substitute to further reduce the calories/cholesterol.
